Steph and Nick celebrated their love on Nick’s family property in Sutton Forrest, NSW.

When Steph got in contact about me photographing this wedding I actually squealed. Not only is she one of the most beautiful people you’ll ever meet (inside and out), but, I have had the pleasure of knowing her for about 15 years as my sister and Steph met at University and became incredible friends. You might also recognise Maid of Honour Lydia in these photos, as I had photographed her wedding a few years earlier. The whole day / evening of Steph and Nick’s wedding can be summarised by one word… JOY.

Steph was bursting with happiness from the moment I saw her (prepping with her bridesmaids at the gorgeous Peppers Craigiburn), to when I hugged her goodbye on the dance floor much later that evening. She did not wipe her huge, joyous smile off her face all day, and with very good reason. Her love and marriage with Nick is one of humour, trust, deep love and an awesome spark of adventure. These two are two of the most genuine, warm people and they are so incredibly well suited. Nick’s family welcomed us onto the family property at Sutton Forrest with such excitement and were so accommodating. The farm was PERFECTLY decorated by Fiona Nixon Flowers (seriously the effort and attention to detail from this team was magnificent). The team worked around the weather (which threatened to rain us out and have an indoor ceremony), but just at the right moment the skies cleared, everyone rushed down to the lake and Steph and Nick got the outdoor ceremony that they had envisioned.

Guests partied on with an awesome set up in the “barn”, which was equiped with full dance floor, DJ’s, dessert grazing table and alcohol free flowing from the bar. I have a feeling that all present will be fondly remembering an incredibly well run, STUNNING and joyous occasion, celebrating two of the best: Steph and Nick.
